THE DIGITAL PROCESS
The medical provider dictates at his/her leisure using a handheld digital recorder. Once complete the recorder is simply plugged into the client's PC via USB cable and digital voice files are automatically uploaded to our platform. Files are typed and processed by Quality Control. Physicians are able to log in to view, edit, and esign completed transcription. The HIM is able to log in and perform tasks including searching, viewing, and printing processed files.
Many additional features are available such as auto-fax, telephone call in service, and EMR interfacing.
